Terms and Conditions – lcuky8 Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the lcuky8 platform — whether via the website at lcuky8.app, the Android app, or the iOS Progressive Web App — you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to every interaction with the platform, including registration, account use, deposits, withdrawals, betting, gaming, and use of any promotions or bonuses.

lcuky8 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use lcuky8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lcuky8 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, valid contact details and correct date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed lcuky8 account.

lcuky8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance in an unverified account may be withheld until verification is completed.

3. Account Rules

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one lcuky8 account only. If you accidentally create a second account, you must contact support immediately. Duplicate accounts detected by lcuky8 — through device fingerprinting, shared payment methods, IP address or any other means — will be merged or the secondary account will be closed. Any bonuses claimed through multiple accounts will be voided and the associated winnings will be removed.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lcuky8 will treat every login and transaction made through your account as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password. lcuky8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Information Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times . Any changes to your name, contact details or payment information must be updated promptly. lcuky8 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if the name on your account does not match the name on your registered payment method.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on lcuky8 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer to major Pakistan banks, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. lcuky8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before transacting.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• lcuky8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified account details.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• lcuky8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

lcuky8 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, football, esports and other markets, as well as slots, live casino, bingo and other game products. The following general rules apply across all products.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lcuky8 does not offer a cooling-off period for placed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined in the product rules for each bet type.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a bet or game outcome, lcuky8 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account.
• lcuky8 may apply maximum bet limits at its discretion, including limits specific to individual accounts, markets or events. These limits will be applied without prior notice.
• Odds and game outcomes are calculated by the platform systems. In the event of a display error showing incorrect odds, the correct odds at the time the bet was placed — as recorded by the platform — will apply.
• Cricket and PSL markets follow the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent amendments to results by the governing body after settlement will not automatically result in resettlement unless lcuky8 determines it is appropriate to do so.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event at lcuky8's discretion, including during significant moments such as wickets in cricket or goals in football.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lcuky8 offers welcome bonuses, reload offers, enhanced cricket and PSL odds promotions, and other time-limited incentives. These are described in detail on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. They must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• lcuky8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are only valid for the games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded products may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• If lcuky8 determines that a player is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to hedging bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — the relevant bonus will be voided and the account may be reviewed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lcuky8. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets, access the platform or exploit any feature of the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of games or manipulate betting markets.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits on lcuky8. lcuky8 operates anti-money laundering procedures and may request source of funds documentation at any time.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses or otherwise breach these terms.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing lcuky8 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

lcuky8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• At the request of the account holder (self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools).

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, lcuky8 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct, the balance will be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, legitimate funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

9. Limitation of Liability

lcuky8 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors or interruptions. lcuky8 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or access to funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies, where those errors are corrected within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these terms limits lcuky8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy and Data

lcuky8 collects, stores and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes described in that policy, including account management, payment processing, identity verification and communication about your account and promotions.

11. Responsible Gaming
